2-level foam meditation cushion

Comfortable and lightweight, this cushion is ideal for practitioners requiring a cushion that gives great support without being overly firm. The cushion comprises of a main section for sitting and a thinner flap that unfolds for your ankles and/or knees to rest on. The cushion cover can be removed and washed because there is an inner cover for  the filling.
